Welcome! On Location TV 19 is the community events channel. Started in January of 1999, On Location TV19 operates under the Production Services Department of the Ramsey Washington Suburban Cable Commission.
On Location features professional staff production of everything from local sporting events, plays and concerts to high school graduations and community parades. On Location TV19’s tag line “Capturing the COLORS of Our Communities” is at the heart of each and every production created.
On Location actively seeks out and creates relationships with local non-profit organizations and the business community to showcase positive stories about people, places and community events found in twelve northeast suburbs of St. Paul, MN.
Along with programming mentioned above, viewers of On Location also enjoy monthly news/magazine and informational programs including the national award-winning shows; "Local Image" and "Inside Health Care".
On Location TV19 partners with Government Television Network and Suburban Community Channels in serving the communities of; Birchwood Village, Dellwood, Grant, Lake Elmo, Mahtomedi, Maplewood, North Saint Paul, Oakdale, Vadnias Heights, White Bear Lake, White Bear Township and Willernie.
